After Airtag connected, Airpord getting disconnected during calls

Interference:

It may be interference that getting in the way here.

So, does your AirPod and/or AirTag connect to a different device?

Disable Bluetooth:

What happens when you disable bluetooth on the device you are connecting these to? Do you still get this issue?

Return One or Both:

Then I'd say one or both of these are faulty. So, return one, and get it swapped out.
