I have charges I don't recognise
i have charges on my bank , like 10 in one month and i do not see anything on my current subscriptions... i had different account in the past i just cant figure it out ....

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?
Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.
Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.
Also report to the police.

Keep in mind:
Do not post private information on a public forum, such as email address & phone number. That's asking for trouble.
