I did the OS update on my iphone and my watch says that the update on it is complete. Should I restart my watch. It isn't doing it automatically.

Apple Watch won’t update with iPhone 15 pro Software update is stuck for “checking for update”. Can’t go back to previous My Watch > General > Usage > Software Update. Watch series 3 won’t update software I updated my iPhone software now my watch will not work without updating. I’ve tried to install the new software but it keeps getting stuck on preparing. If I cancel it resets to factory settings and I can’t access the watch at all. Can anyone help?

Leave it alone , it’s complete if it says the new version in the Settings- General - About- Version.
