What update is installed? I don't want to update my system. I don't want ios 16 either, although I will after I see if the new iOS will talk to Mojave on my Mac.

A security update is ok. I can't run the new iTunes.

It’s an update for iTunes that adds compatibility with a new iPhone within iTunes.


(Or within Finder, on newer macOS.)


Answer “yes”.


The update should download and install itself into iTunes in the background.
