Loading websites is funky

Hello community,

I was loading pages on the web using the web browser, Vivaldi.

I looked at the apple website, and i found something weird.

When loading the page, instead of that smooth text animation there was a weird glitchy withe box look at the top of the page.

I know this is just websites glitching because i reloaded and it came normal, sometimes i did see a white box but that was for a fraction of performance.

Anything, i can do to fix this

also please know it may be internet issues or stuff like that but i really have no idea.
