How to fix billing address problem in App Store?

If you need to edit or change your billing address, you can do so with these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Select the payment card you want to edit, then select the current billing address
5. Once you've made your changes, select Done at the top right to save them.

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
