i recently got an apple id. our family shares one. if i restore apps that are pid like minecraft onto my new applr id will it charge me? i dont want to move it from that id. also does it give you the app for free while keeping it on an old id

App purchases are tied to the AppleID signed into the App Store at the time of purchase. They cannot be transferred and thus each AppleID signed into the App Store purchases apps for that AppleID.

If you restore them using a new ID, you will be charged for the app if the app isn't a free app. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
