I have a flashing symbol on the upper right corner of my iPhone 11 that looks like a sweep left and a sweep right symbol. What does this mean?

You do not simultaneously press those buttons to shut off your iPhone. You press the Volume Up button and release. You press the Volume Down button and release. You Press and Hold the Side button until you see the option to Slide to Shut Off your iPhone.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
