Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi, restart your iPhone and if the problem still persists go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find iOS 15.7 and delete it and download it again in software updates.

Am having the same issue with mine iPhone also
iOS 15.7 was downloaded in my iphone 7 plus.But when i was click on ‘install now’ than that was loading and send me, “unable to verify update,iOS 15.7 faild verification because you are no longer connected to the internet”now what can i do?
