Upgraded to 16.0.3 and now my Face ID stopped

Upgraded to 16.0.3 and now my Face ID stopped working.. I deleted and reinstalled a new Face ID. It briefly worked and stopped. How do I get it working again?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

I had to remove my screen protector for it to work. Something about a true depth camera.

Ever since upgrade to iOS 16 on my 13 Pro Max face ID intermittently not working. The work around is to reboot the phone, once reboot everything is running fine. Currently running on the latest iOS and issue persisted.
