Upgraded to 16.0.3 and now my Face ID stopped

Upgraded to 16.0.3 and now my Face ID stopped working.. I deleted and reinstalled a new Face ID. It briefly worked and stopped. How do I get it working again?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16
