I have charges I don't recognize

My PayPal account was charged $10.85 by Apple.com/bill when I never signed up for anything from Apple to be charged for. How do I get this to stop and get refunded? Also under my account saved payment methods my PayPal account isn't even listed and purchase history is blank?

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.    *


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.   *


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.  *
