Yes I’ve been having this issue too on a 12pro. It doesn’t get crazy hot but it’s almost always warm to the touch now. I reset my phone thinking that would help but no luck. Was thinking of loading the beta but I’m reading of overnight phone restarts with the current build. It’s annoying because the battery drains crazy fast.
iPhone 11 Pro with all the apps terminated, phone plugged in fully charged, minimum screen brightness and just showing the home screen without any widgets and clear of any app icons, I see the process SpringBoard constantly going at 100% CPU and its making my phone real hot. Of course, it's not like burning my hand, but it's to a point where it is definitely concerning. This never happened before, now it seems like its happening all the time since the update to 16.0.3?
