I received an iphone 6s from a relative. it's ok but can't login icloud. So I went to the web to check the imei, then flashed my phone with 3utool. Currently, the phone is owner locked. please, help me unlock my phone

Only the owner can unlock it. Contact your relative and tell them to remove it from their iCloud account. Link-> Remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
No one here can help you and Apple won't assist you unless you can provide the original purchase receipt from an Apple Store or Authorized reseller.
Also, don't post your serial number and IMEI numbers here. There's nothing we can do with them, and it's not safe to do. The hosts will remove them shortly.
