Final Cut Pro 10.6.3 - Tracker and center object

Hello, I am new to final cut pro and am stuck on something. I have a video taken with a go pro. The image I would like to capture and zoom in on is all over the screen. I purchased a SC Custom Stabilizer Plugin but unfortunately this is not helping.

I am using the tracker tool in final cut pro to track the object. Once I have the trackers set, how to I choose that I want that object to stay in the center of the screen? For example, the object is often in the center and moves to the top. I would like to crop and zoom in on the image and when I do this it leaves the zoomed in screen completely. If there is anyway to set the tracked object as the screen center, that would help greatly! Any advice is appreciated!
