If I Backup My iPhone To PC Through iTunes What Data Will Be Backedup? Does It Include All Of My Photos And Videos?

Regardless of the backup method you choose I would recommend that you always copy off photos/videos and other important data frequently, just in case you find yourself unable to restore a particular backup. Best practice is to backup to both iCloud and your computer for resilience.
