Allow Siri when locked is greyed out

Do you have a company email account on your phone? If you do your company IT department can control many security-related features of the phone, such as allowing Siri on the lock screen.

To address the behavior with Allow Siri when Locked not working, start by restarting iPhone if you haven't done so already. Makes sure that iPhone is running iOS 16.0.3 with the latest performance fixes.

1. Open Settings app
2. Tap Siri & Search
3. Make sure Listen for "Hey Siri" is enabled
