I have an iPad and iPhone 12 and set up a brother printer . The printer and Apples work fine when printing documents but if I try to print a picture or webpage the iPrint&Scan option is not there? The other printers I have had show but not the iPrint&Scan? Not sure why only on docs or emails does the iPrint&Scan becomes an option ? I am mystified any ideas folks ?

Found out that if you want to print web pages or photos you must use the imprint&scan app rather than via the iPad print and find printer protocols .. regards
Apple AirPrint is a driverless printing protocol. AirPrint does not directly support scanning or Fax facilities offered by some printers. You will likely require an appropriate companion App supplied by your printer’s manufacturer for non-print features of your printer.
