Apple Watch rebooting

I think my Apple Watch was doing an update and did not complete. Now it will not re boot despite doing all the reset options.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next best step might be to take the watch to the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
