I was sent an email that says my Apple ID is hacked

I was sent an email that said “Apple ID” and the description stated that my apple ID account had been locked due to multiple login attempts. The link takes you to an “Apple Website” that asks for your email and password but the apple is blurry and the website doesnt look like Apples original website. Plz help. Ive gotten multiple emails like this and i would just like to know if its a possible scammer. Thanks

It's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.

If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
