How I can update iOS in my phone

Go to Settings>General>Software Update.

iOS 16 requires an iPhone 8 or newer.

If you have an iPhone 6s or 7 you can only update to iOS 15.7

If you have a 5s or 6 series you can only update to iOS 12.5.6

Otherwise go to Settings > General > Software Update
