Sure. Sell it privately. Or trade it in. Buy what you now want. But the Apple purchase refund is 14 days from purchase. So you will also be spending the difference between an iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Use Apple's trade-in program or sell it to someone else.
