I notice this weeks measurement are not recorded does it typically to a week to show average?

Just curious how the measurement is displayed at the front of the apple fitness app where it list all your trends it shows my V02 for last week does it usually take a week to show average or is it average of weeks vs ave of days

Health app counting calories One day, when I was checking my health app after a long day, I noticed my iPhone had counted resting and active energy. That was the only day it counted those. Every time I have checked the app since then, it did not count resting or active energy for the day. I do not own an Apple Watch or and other fitness tracker.
