Can’t buy apps via Appstore

There is no error message, no attempt to charge money… Nothing… And bank app silent, usually if it’s bank problem there will be notification. How can I fix this?

There is no error message,

There must be an error message if you can't buy or download apps.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

Check also your payment method.

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

I can download free apps, and they are even shown in the store purchases. But when it comes to buying app… It’s verifying payment via Touch ID, and then nothing happens (there is screen record link above). If there was some kind of error message, it would be much easier to fix the problem, buy there are no message
