Xfinity Streaming App

Does anyone using an iPhone 13 or iPad having crashing problems when accessing “my library “ in the Xfinity streaming app? My Xfinity app works on “live tv” and the “home page” in the app but crashes when I tap on “my library”.

streaming problems So I'm reading all these comments dating back Before 2020 I've I've been experiencing poor streaming issues ever since I bought my 1st generation apple TV device. Now I have a Samsung smart TV with the Apple plus TV app. It's no better than it ever was, perhaps worse. I have never been able to get through an episode of Ted lasso. Constant freezing forces me to exit the episode. This happens with everything I watch on Apple plus. I bought many movies through iTunes and now the only place I can watch them is on this crap app. As others have commented here all my other streaming services work just fine while Apple plus just gives me a headache. My question is: Do you care apple?!?!? It appears you don't because it's the same issues since 2015. It doesn't seem like you're trying to fix anything. Currently looking at frozen screen of Ted lasso season 3 episode 2. Sure would like to watch it.

appletv app keeps freezing while streaming through Amazon Firestick A few days ago the Appletv+ app keeps freezing while streaming through my Amazon Firestick 4k - anyone else having this problem? I have rebooted the firestick, emptied the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app - to no avail. Is this an Apple glitch? All other apps work fine.

Stuck in Library in Apple TV App on IPhone All of a sudden, I’m stuck on Library in the AppleTV app on my iPhone. I am on wifi, I have enabled cellular, I did a force quit on the app and I restarted the iPhone. Several times. Nothing works. Please help this is super frustrating. I pay a yearly subscription to apple so not sure why this happened today.

I'm on an iPad (9th generation) v 15.7.1

I have been using it for a long time ~ no problems of any kind .
