When Finding an iPhone that's not your's:
Be honest about this and hand it in.
A. Hand to Lost-&-Found:
Check with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were as, seeing if they can be placed aside. If at a retailer, ask to speak with the General Manager for assistance with having this placed aside.
B. Contact Local Authorities:
Hand it in to the the community police, or local security guards at the front door.
C. Use Craigslist:
Put a post on Craigslist, reporting they have been found.
