I looked in my shortcuts and couldn’t find anything. Looked through the community and all the related topics were dated so I feel like I must be missing something here. Bottom line is there’s no minus sign to remove it from the Home Screen.
I’m not really sure what I can do at this point, would very much appreciate the help :)
As the iPad is centrally managed, there are very likely management policy restrictions applied to your iPad.

You’ll need to provide a little more information about the nature of the problem.
How did you introduce your “custom App icon” to your Home Screen? Does the App icon relate to an installable App from the App Store - or is something that you have created? Where you experimenting with the Shortcuts App - possibly installing a shortcut icon?

Having added a shortcut to your Home Screen using the Shortcuts App, you should be able to delete/remove the icon from the Home Screen - in exactly the same manner as you might expect while in “jiggle mode”.

Of course! I will clarify.
Yes, I am using the Shortcuts App to run a shortcut using the “open app” action and changing (but not replacing) the app with a custom look. The app isn’t deleted and is still functioning, I would just like to know how to remove the custom version from my Home Screen.
I checked my other iPad and found out that I was able to remove the shortcut and see it in the Shortcuts App. I understand that there isn’t much I can do but is there a way I can access the shortcut through the app or some other way, even if it’s just to edit it?
I did, couldn’t seem to find any changes.
