Apple Music says I have too many devices added but I don't see any devices

I need help on my new device, I can't play music offline or download it. It keeps saying I have too many devices that I need to remove but I don't see any devices.

Did you follow all of the steps in this resource to check which devices show up as authorized: Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support


If so, you may be able to find the information using this resource: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support


Let us know if that is helpful or not. If not, we need more information to recommend a solution. Do you share this Apple ID with others? Is this a managed device?
