My 14,2 iMac 27" gets slow regularly
My 14,2 iMac 27" i5 3.2Ghz gets slow instantly, even though it has 16Gigs of DDR3 PC3L 12800s RAM, 1TB Fusion Drive with 1.07TB available space. Almost no clutters on the Desktop. All softwares are updated. The only thing of concern I can see is a little Red bar at the beginning of the Storage Bar, Picture is given below. I am sure my heaviest application installed are adobe photoshop and iMovie, and others are countable on fingers (actually 10 including the above two).
I would really really appreciate anybody's help in this regard.
It may also be noted that it is my first macOS item apart from an iPhone 7+.
