iPhone XS display touch issue
after iOS 16 my XS display isn't responding to touch

Restart your iPhone by rapidly pressing the volume up and then volume down then long pressing the off button until a Apple logo comes. If that doesn’t work I would recommend going to a repair shop. (Apple recommended)
