Settings....Focus....Driving - is missing

First - I can no longer tell Siri to schedule a reminder while I'm driving - I see a big car icon on the screen, and it won't schedule a reminder.

Second - every single place I search on the internet says to go to Settings...Focus...Driving. Only, on my 16.0.2 updated phone, there is NO option for Driving under Focus. I only have Personal, Sleep, and Work settings to choose from.

How can I make my phone do what "I" want, again, like I used to. I'm assuming I lost the ability after the last update, but I can't say for sure when I last scheduled a reminder in that way. I do it pretty often.
