Why can’t my phone pair

My phone just randomly won’t pair with any Bluetooth iPhone 12

You can’t pair 2 iPhones (or an iPhone and a computer), but there is no function of iOS that requires pairing.

I don’t have two phones it just wouldn’t pair with my headset or speaker after iPhone iOS update
