Time of current lap like on the iPhone

Is there a way to see the time of my current lap on the Apple Watch stopwatch? When I press lap it shows the time of the lap I just finished. When I press lap on my iPhone, a new timer for the lap now starting appears, and shows.

This is for the digital phase. In the analog, I can see the blue clock arm go back up to the top when I press lap.
