I finally got the recovery code for an old Apple ID and it doesn’t even unlock the acct.

What should I do to unlock my acct. I already had to find my 11 month old receipt which thccant be sent unless in the precise file to attach to their exact doc.

I have been dealing with my locked Mac air for over a month as a second career; twice to the store and 10 calls to customer svs which I dread so badly I am relieved to be disconnected. My problem is not understood unless you’ve written the algorithm and no one services year old money
