Why im always log in error everytime i log in my acc on my iphone?

Why icannot log in on facebook and its always says everytime i log in they said log in error? Please fix my phone to log in on fb and messenger

Facebook and Messenger won't work! I have an iPhone XR, and my Facebook and messenger app always comes up with an error when I try to log in. I've tried researching ways and have tried every way I could find but still nothing has helped. Please help!!

This is not an Apple problem. This is a Facebook problem.

Only Facebook support can help you with this issue. No one in this forum can help you.
