Go to iTunes support for future processing but doesn't show anything

recently I have make an Apple ID and it’s again and again saying go to to iTunes support for future processing and when I open my iTunes Store there is literally nothing showing according to the messages I get while making Apple ID it will be really help u can solve the problem
