How do I get back to having one line on my iPhone. I only want a primary number I didn’t set up a dual sim

I've had the same issue on 2 iPhone 14s after setup. I resolved it on one by clicking Primary (see your screenshot) on the Recents that were affected. On the other phone I just went to Recents, click Edit, clicked Clear and cleared my Recents list completely. Both methods worked, but the clearing method was less work.
