My card is brock and i use another card for pay because date expired is 12 and i see notification on 14. I use another card but my iCloud don’t pay and i don’t know Why. I have money and card is good but he don’t pay.

Make your new card your default payment method and remove old card.

Hello ~ Try going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support.

I try and nothing, i change the card and i don’t received any invoice. I don’t find a solution for this and in future my iCloud is in danger.
You know if i contact the support whit mesaages, because i need to pay before i lose my photos. What you send my is just computer and i want to text whit a people
