Apple Watch 7 - Permanently Locked

Hey Guys,

two days ago I have changed from AW 5 to the brand new AW 7.

there were never any problems with 5th version and 7 I have to unlock every few minutes. It starts to drives me crazy. Okay, I have tattooes on my hands/arms, but as I says - AW 5 once unlocked at the morning, stayed unlocked until I took It out from my hand.

I decided to turn off the pin code, to avoid unlocking It all the time. Watch told me, that without a code I have to delete also my bank card - it’s fine. But, are there any other things, which are turned off without pin code? Dont want to ‚castrate’ my watch.

You can turn Wrist detection off but there is a downside;

Turning off wrist detection affects these Apple Watch features:

When you use Apple Pay on your Apple Watch, you’ll be prompted to enter your passcode when you double-click the side button to authorize the payment.

Some Activity measurements are unavailable.

Heart rate tracking and notifications are turned off.

Apple Watch will no longer automatically lock and unlock.

Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 4 and later won't automatically make an emergency call even after it has detected a hard impact fall.
