If I use 30W Adapter of MacBook Air to charge iPad Pro 12.9 Inches, does is still support fast charge and it may harm to battery health?

Yes.

Will do no harm to the iPad battery.

Maximum charging rate for any newer iPad model is 18W +/-1W.
