Cheapest phone plan for iPhone 14

Need a cheap phone plan to support iPhone 14 e-sim and 5G but do not need or want unlimited data (very light user - need less than 5GB monthly). Something prepaid(?) but less than $30 per month. Was looking at Tello but they don't have the 5G support for iPhone 14, and T-Mobile Connect / Prepaid says "$40 or more for qualifying plan" on the section of the website where they list the prepaid phones available, and some carriers, like Boost Mobile, don't have good reviews.

Any thoughts? Thank you for your suggestions!
