Am i allowed to take out the ISO Windows 10 DVD out of my disc drive while im using the windows os?

Someone, please help! So basically I used bootcamp on my old mac to switch to windows and it all went successful, everything worked, but I have a question about the DVD I used to burn the Windows 10 ISO to the DVD, am i allowed to take the ISO disc out of the mac while im using windows so i can burn videos to other dvds using an app? Or do i have to keep the ISO DVD in the mac the entire time?

Pls, help!
