Unable to delete emoji in imessage

I want to delete an imessage conversation but there is the Kisses with Heart emoji that will not delete.

I can delete every line except this one. I deleted lines before and after with no issue. I have an Iphone 11pro and have updated to the latest software version. I can delete other conversations but this one. I edit and check box, hit delete and it goes back as if I didn't do anything.

Hello emoji-issues,

It sounds like you aren't able to remove specific messages in Messages, specifically emojis in the thread. If you're able to delete other messages except for the emojis, does it help after you restart the phone? Were those emojis sent or received?
