iOS 16.0.3 - ghost touch, top bar not working, glitch in screen and touch not working.

Updated my iOS from 15. Since then I am unable to use my phone because of touch glitch, widgets are getting deleted, screens swapping, flickering.

I am unable to use the phone, as I am worried it’s gonna send an email or text or share some personal pictures. I have no control over the phone. This update is stupid. I now have a phone which I cannot use.

I Don’t have a phone back up and I cannot reset my phone. There is so much stuff. Now fix this asap by giving another. Update or tell me if there is a fix I can do by myself.
