iOS15

With iOS 15 I can no longer name the website I placed on the home screen? It is just “my app”?

Another step backward just to make it different? Why doesn’t this form even list my correct device (ipad 9th gen)? Also why can’t I group my apps together in files that make sense in the library or even on the Home Screen? Apple obviously doesn’t know what these apps actually do.

Just tried this on iPadOS 15, and iOS 15, and adding the bookmark to the home screen allows specifying the name at creation.

The forum here uses whichever device was selected when the question was entered. If that info is not correct, select choose a different device when entering the question.

You can create folders by dragging apps atop other apps: Move apps and create folders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

The app library is its own thing. Some like it, some do not.

No. I keep trying to post a screen shot of what I do get and it won’t post. I then tried to get a screen shot of what then happens but a photo post is no longer given as an option. I so love apple.

Contact Apple support. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage.

Not sure what’s arising with your iPhone and posting here, but it all seems to be working from an iPad I’ve just tested.

Which makes me wonder if there’s some issue with the iOS install you’re working with here
