Why is my sleep data just plain wrong?
I recently purchased an Apple Watch series 8 and I am trying out the sleep tracking. I don’t understand why the data is just so clearly wrong. Last night I got into bed around 1 am and got up around 9:30 am. But the health app thinks I was in bed from 10:30 Pm. Other nights it will show data such as time asleep 9hrs but time in bed 7hrs?? Screenshots below are from last night sleep 15th-16th October. It shows I was definitely not out of bed and still sleeping. So why does it think my time in bed was 10:30pm-7:30am?
