I want to access the Macbook keychain password for the Google Chrome & if there any possible way to use keychain access just like it is used in safari at just one single click to access various accounts.Hence Saving time to regain access to account easily.

Personally would not as Google Chrome, being a popular Browser, is known on these Forums to be a CPU / Memory Hog /
That and Google is also known to Harvest the User Data.
