I have my current iTunes account and an older one with a different email (and I can’t remember the pe to this one). How do I get my music from the old account to the new one so I can load them onto my new iPod?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! It is not possible to merge two Apple ID's. If these are songs that were purchased, you would need to sign into the Apple ID they were purchased with in order to access them.
You mentioned that you cannot remember the password to your Apple ID. You can try resetting it or start the account recovery process to regain access.
