I read a few posts on this discussion forum and on Microsoft's where people were asking where to find Microsoft Remote Desktop for High Sierra 10.13.0+. It took me sometime to find an answer.
The correct version of Microsoft Remote Desktop for High Sierra is 10.5.2.

Here is a link to Microsoft's Visual Studio App Center with download links for all past and present Remote Desktop Clients for macOS. It only shows v10.5.1(1852) as the last version of that version series for macOS and is a much safer download for this client software than MacUpdate.
