Viewing email
The default print of most email is too small for me to read. How can I enlarge the print to read received email? Dragging the corner does not work.

Mail Preferences > Fonts & Colors > Message Font
Click the "Select" button and set the Font and size for viewing messages.
You can also change the font/size for the Message List and for the Fixed width font.

I forgot to note that you will also see your new messages composed in that font/size, but it won't send that way.
The only way to have Mail send like you see it is to change the Font or Color or some other formatting in that message.
