Hello ~ You must go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service

Hi there!


May I know if you've disputed some charges directly to your bank recenty instead of contacting Apple? If so, that may have caused the account to be disabled as this is a security measure set to prevent further unauthorized purchases from happening on your account.


To have your account re-enabled, please Contact - Official Apple Support
